Refund Policy

 Bigboi's priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, or have changed your mind, our return policy allows you to return unused items within 21 days of purchase for a refund or replacement of the purchase price of the item (initial shipping costs excluded). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse. Items must be returned in its original packaging. A Re-stocking fee of 15% of the total cost of unit will apply.

Once you place your order and you wish to cancel it, there is only a very small window to notify us for the cancellation to take place. Please email hellousa@ibigboi.com within half an hour of placing your order (during our customer support hours). Anything after that our system is already processing your order for dispatch and your order cant be cancelled. 

If your item is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault, bigboi will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the items back to our warehouse for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds and replacements will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the item/s by our team. Please note that depending on your method of payment, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.

 Shipping

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
